I have been working in the field of disabilities and neurodivergence since 2010, specifically focused on ADHD and ASD. I have always had a passion for advocacy and inclusion, and helping others to meet their goals. This is what motivated me to become a psychotherapist.
By using a collaborative person-centered approach, pulling from modalities such as IFS, DBT, and ACT: I can provide more balanced care and tailor services to each individual. Learning to navigate the world through the lens of ADHD can feel overwhelming, whether it is yourself or a loved one you help care for.
I take great pride in providing information and resources, as well as strategies and tools, to empower those who are new to a diagnosis, questioning a diagnosis, or have lived with one for a long time - to embrace their strengths and rewrite the story that they have carried that tells them who they are or are not. We can shift perspectives and heal, together.
